No way!': Tina Fey reveals she'll never host the Oscars... as she gets dressed up for 30 Rock tribute night
She been tipped by this year's host, Seth MacFarlane, to present the Oscars in 2014.
But Tina Fey has no intention of taking up the role - saying it would just be too stressful.
Speaking to The Huffington Post, the comedian said: 'I just feel like that gig is so hard. Especially for, like, a woman - the amount of months that would be spent trying on dresses alone . . . No way.'
The Pennsylvania born funnygirl admitted that while she 'had fun' presenting with Amy, it is unlikely she will change her mind about the Oscars.
She said: 'I wish I could tell you there was.'
The Family Guy creator - who has received a mixed response for his anchoring of the prestigious ceremony - had a lot of 'fun' at the helm of the Academy Awards, but insisted it isn't an experience he wants to repeat.
He tweeted: 'Would you host the #Oscars again if asked? No way. Lotta fun to have done it, though.'
The talented 42-year-old was talking as she attended a tribute night to her hit show 30 Rock.
She is taking on new projects after the hit show came to an end, but Fey is insistent that these won't include the Oscars.
Earlier this month Fey's fans were left disappointed after 30 Rock finally came to an end.
But a few weeks ago the critically acclaimed comedy series came to an end with an emotional final episode.
Despite the bittersweet farewells, the show's zany characters were all given a happy ending.
