The worst shop assistant ever... Or an Alexander Wang commercial? Comedy spoof is unlikely ad for high fashion label

Using a hilariously creative way to promote his new fashion line, Alexander Wang has put out a short video starring several celebrities and a sassy floor clerk with lots of attitude. In the three-minute video for the designer’s Spring 2013 campaign, outrageous Bon Qui Qui harasses the flagship store’s famous customers including supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio, rapper A$AP Rocky and Barneys ambassador Simon Doonan. Throughout the clip, items from the collection are subtly used as props or displayed in the background while the ill-behaved Alexander Wang employee berates and scares away shoppers. The hilarious employee berates model Shannan Click's pregnant character for saying she 'needs' a shirt in a bigger size The half-redhead half-blonde character - played by thirty-year-old comedian Anjelah Johnson - originally appeared as a rude and sassy fast food employee in a popular MADtv sketch . And on the very first day of Bon Qui Qui's new job at the designer's Soho store, she manages to insult customers in every direction, getting herself fired and making off with two purses from the line in the process. When Victoria's Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio asks for a pair of shoes in her size, Bon Qui Qui proceeds to shove a smaller-sized pair on her feet because she doesn’t want to go to the store’s basement. She quips: 'They got like 300 shoes down there, I'ma get lost... no girl, this gon' work.’ T for Alexander Wang Getting into character: In this video still, Anjelah Johnson as Bon Qui Qui shoves a too-small shoe on frustrated Angel Alessandro Ambrosio's foot T for Alexander Wang Not impressed: When the shop assistant refuses to go to the shop basement to get the Ms Ambrosio a bigger shoe size, the supermodel storms off The video then shows the Brazilian Angel storming off, giving her best runway strut. Another scene sees Bon Qui Qui scaring off a pregnant customer, played by yet another Victoria's Secret model, 29-year-old Shannan Click. When Ms Click explains that she needs a shirt in a bigger size, Bon Qui Qui snaps: 'Oh oh you NEED it? Like a starving kid needs food? Or like a homeless man need a house?' Shocked, the affronted shopper promptly exits the store. An unsuspecting A$AP Rocky then comes into the shop to buy a shirt, and starstruck Bon Qui Qui attempts to flirt with him. In another cameo, the brazen employee accuses Simon Doonan, who has tried on an orange bag from the line, of trying to steal it. Rushing over to the Barneys store ambassador, she wrestles the purse from him and says: 'Oh girl don't even try it. I SEE you tryin' to steal this purse!' Finally, Bon Qui Qui's supervisor - played by American Pie actress Natasha Lyonne - comes over to break up the fight and tell her that she is fired. Alexander Wang Accusations fly: When Barneys ambassador Simon Doonan tries on a bag from the collection, the employee wrestles it from him, accusing him of trying to steal it Alexander Wang Attitude: Anjelah Johnson (pictured with Simon Doonan, right, and American Pie actress Natasha Lyonne, left) looks appalled when she learns that she's been fired Alexander Wang In the bag: The disgruntled employee rants to her supervisor before storming out of the flagship store carrying two orange purses from the collection In a clever final reference to the collection, Bon Qui Qui retorts: 'I don't need you, I don't need that cute jacket over there that I tried on earlier that looked real cute on me, I don't need this bag right here even though it's a bigger version of this one.' She then marches out of the store with both purses in hand. Former NFL cheerleader Anjelah Johnson is also known for playing a Vietnemese nail salon employee on MADtv. Her Bon Qui Qui character had apparently been in retirement until Alexander Wang resurrected her for his fashion campaign video.
