And she's off! Liberty Ross is 'hiring a celeb divorce lawyer' and moving back to the UK following Rupert Sander's affair
Her husband may still be wearing his
wedding ring but Liberty Ross is said to be planning on divorcing Rupert
Sanders.
The 33-year-old British model and actress has allegedly hired a celebrity lawyer and wants to move back to the UK as soon as possible.
Liberty's plans come after Rupert's affair with Kristen Stewart was exposed last month.
According
to The People,
Liberty wants to take her children Skyla, seven, and Tennyson, five,
back to her homeland as she only moved to the U.S. for Rupert's career
as a director.
'She has no strong ties in the U.S. nor does she want to remain here,' a source told the newspaper.
'She has made it clear that she wants to move back to the UK with her children.
'She obviously wants them to carry on
seeing their father, but she feels there is no point in staying in the
U.S. Given that the majority of her family and friends are in the UK,
nothing is holding her here and the kids are young enough to start a new
school and not be affected.'
The dark-haired star was pictured last week without her wedding ring on and may have been meeting with a celebrity lawyer then.
She is said to want a 'clean break' from the whole situation and is apparently wants to deal with the divorce in a 'swift and efficient way for the sake of her children.'
Rupert, on the other hand, mayu be
hoping for a different outcome as he has kept his wedding ring firmly on
his finger since photographs of him and Kristen canoodling were
printed.
Following the news of their affair, Rupert released a statement saying: 'I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family. My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world.
'I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together.'
His public apology came after
Kristen - who starred in his film Snow White and the Huntsman - released
a statement professing her love for her boyfriend of three years Robert
Pattinson.
The Twilight star described the situation as a 'momentary indiscretion,' and has since been trying to win Robert back according to reports.
