A sweet treat! Twins Tia and Tamara Mowry buy frozen yoghurt for sons Cree and Aden while filming their reality show
As twins, it's hard for them to stay apart for too long.
So just four months after giving birth to her son Aden, Tamara Mowry is ready to get back to filming her reality show with her identical sister Tia.
The pair were spotted filming an episode of their hit Style Network series Tia and Tamara on Friday, taking their doting sons out for a bite of frozen yoghurt at Menchie's in Studio City, California.

And
babies makes four: Twins Tia and Tamera Mowry pose with their sons Cree
and Aden as they grab some frozen yoghurt while filming their reality
show in Studio City on Friday
And though young Aden
might be a bit young for a taste of the sweet treat, he couldn't keep
his eyes off a bowl of the good stuff as he spent some time in his
aunt's lap.
The foursome were also gracious enough to pose for a snap with one of the employees, who was brimming at the celebrity sighting.
The new mother looked trim and fit in a blue tunic shirt and a printed red skirt as she proudly showed off her bouncing baby boy.
Playtime: Cree danced around on a chair with his mom Tia
A handful: The two-and-a-half year old is almost getting too big for his mum to carry
Tia, 34, looked sleek and stylish in a sheer white sweater and jean rolled up to reveal a pair of trendy grey suede boots.
Tamara, who gave birth to son Aden on November 15, says that there is a lot of pressure within Hollywood to drop the weight fast.
'There's a lot of pressure, especially when you see people like Claire Danes and Megan Fox,' she told Us Weekly.
'My body's completely different. Your boobs are in your face, you have stretch marks, you have curves that you never had before.'
He's a natural: Four-month-old already has an eye on the cameras
Her sister Tia chimed in, calling fellow new mum Hillary Duff an inspiration.
'Hillary Duff is something that I looked up to,' she said.
'I remember when I had my baby. I was looking at everyone like ''Damn, how are they on the beach after two months in a bikini?'''
Tia continued, saying that the pressure even drove her to visit her doctor, who assured her she was on track.
Hungry: Aden looked ready to dig into a bowl of the frozen treat
All smiles: The actresses took snaps with an employee
'I went to my [obstetrican] because I thought something was wrong with me.... And she said, ''No, honey, that's fine.'''
But Tamara said she has been thankful for her husband's support.
'My husband said, ''Happy girls are pretty girls,' and he keeps telling me that.'
