They may be promoting a film about pregnancy, but Cameron Diaz left us with no doubt that life is definitely not imitating art by partying hard at the after party.
The actress looked like she had enjoyed a tipple or three as she left Whiskey Mist nightclub following the What To Expect when You're Expecting premiere in London.
Cameron looked decidedly dishevelled as she was escorted to her car at three o'clock by an entourage, unsuccessfully trying to cover her face with her clutch bag.

Still in the white jumpsuit she's worn to walk the red carpet, the 39-year-old looked like she'd been hitting the dance floor as she emerged with messy, matted hair and bleary eyes.

Once in her chauffeured car, the Hollywood star seemed very ready for her bed, leaning against the door and continuing to hide her face.
Fun-loving Cameron was joined by her onscreen husband Matthew Morrison, who left the nightclub at the same time after the stars headed there following the official after-party at the Sanderson Hotel.

The Glee actor had loosened his tie and unbuttoned and untucked his shirt, and looked in great spirits as he was led outside.
Mike Tindall was also spotted leaving the venue, but it is unknown if he was partying with the Hollywood lot inside.
Cameron and Matthew looked far more together a few hours earlier when they walked the red carpet at the film's premiere.

Cameron, sleek in her all-white ensemble, posed with Cheryl Cole, who has a cameo in the film.
The ladies looked like the best of friends as they cosied up for the cameras, and Cameron gushed about her new friend to press.
She told reporters: 'She can do whatever she wants to do. She is clearly talented and so lovely. I think this performance is the beginning of many for her.'

Cameron added: 'She really did us a huge favour by coming in and letting us sequester her for a couple of days and take her out to an old abandoned warehouse in Atlanta and make her act for us.'
Diaz and Morrison star as part of an ensemble cast as a couple expecting their first baby.
Jennifer Lopez, Anna Kendrick, Elizabeth Banks, Chris Rock, Chace Crawford, Brooklyn Decker and Dennis Quaid all appear in the rom-com.
What To Expect When You're Expecting is released in the UK on Friday.
