Just a few hours earlier she had been spotted looking relatively casual in skinny jeans and a jacket.
However, Kelly Brook certainly turned on the glamour as she arrived home from filming Celebrity Juice in a lovely blue ensemble.
The model, 33, had opted for an all-blue outfit of baby blue shift dress, royal blue Hermes Birkin bag and greyish blue Christian Louboutin high heels.
Kelly had been filming her
fourth episode of team captain for the ITV2 panel show alongside Holly
Willoughby and Leigh Francis' alter ego Keith Lemon.
The model is the maternity cover for Fearne Cotton, who recently gave birth to her first son Rex.
Earlier this week, host Keith claimed he was banning previous guest Katie Price from the show after the glamour model made disparaging comments about Kelly.
The two women have been embroiled in a war of words since Katie accused Kelly of piling on the pounds.
In her Sun column, Katie accused the brunette model of looking heavier after seeing photos of her shooting her New Look swimwear campaign in Miami.
She wrote: 'The pictures of Kelly modelling her latest New Look swimwear range in Miami don't seem to be airbrushed and I'm FLABbergasted to see how big Kelly really is.
'You're a heffer (sic), Kelly, but still a hot one.'
She even suggested Kelly was
'comfort eating' because she was seeing her ex-boyfriend Danny Cipriani
again - who was himself linked to Katie in October 2011.
Last month, Kelly said Katie was 'rude', adding: 'I actually wish her all the best. It's sad isn't it? I think it's a bit sad...
'I think girls can get away with having a bit of meat on our bones; I don’t mind a wobbly arm or a bit of cellulite.'
Kelly has been dating Danny since February - just weeks after splitting from boyfriend Thom Evans after two years together.
The brunette and Danny, 25, originally dated for just under two years before parting ways in 2010.
